5K Run / 3K Walk
Tempo Run Timing and Events is running the Bass Lake 5K Run / 3K Walk. It is a great way to kick off the festival weekend! Join us in this family-friendly event with people of all ages and experience levels! Prizes are awarded to the top runner in each age division, The run will be a chip timed race.
Parking will be provided in the back of the Woodshed Tap. Race will begin at lions club building.
When: Saturday, July 26 @ 7:30 AM w/registration @ 6:15 AM
Entry Fee: Pre-registration: $30 includes free festival t-shirt. Day of registration: $40 includes festival t-shirt (size not guaranteed)
Age: All ages welcomed -6 years and up can qualify for medals, but 6-9 years must participate with a parent.
Course: Start and finish at The Lions Club Building 4506 S Prairie 210, Knox, IN 46534. The course will be marked. The race will run along the beautiful lake! You will start at the Lions club building, towards the Beach side Tavern. The turn around will be marked.
If you would like to be involved, the race committee is ALWAYS looking for more volunteers to help the event be a success! These events can't happen without wonderful volunteers!!! Please contact Mary Topelian, [email protected] with any questions.
