General Information and rules: The Registration is going to be at the Beachside Tavern pier
- The derby runs from 10am on Friday to 11am on Sunday
- All fish must be caught on rod and reel from bass lake during the derby hours.
- Fish must be measured and weighed at the registration booth by officials.
- All local fishing rules and regulations apply.
- The winner will be determined by length if there’s a tie we will use weight.
- Everyone who enters will be entered into a raffle held at weigh in on Sunday.
- Fish must be alive when weighed in.
- You can bring fish in to be entered at anytime during the duration of the derby.
- There will be 3 classes which is the following youth up to age 7, youth 7-17 and anyone 18 up.
- There will be trophies for 1st and 2nd place for the following categories, bass, Bluegill, catfish, crappie, perch and walleye. There will be a medal for the top 2 in each class for both youth classes. One person cannot win both first and second place in any one fish category.
- Tournament board will have the final say as to the application of tournament rules.
- The tournament or any member of the tournament board assumes no liability for the participants beyond the scope of judging the results of the event and awarding of prizes.
- All participants are responsible for their own actions and are advised to govern themselves accordingly.
